With 75 weapons dropping from the Crib, I often get it on the first try or very often by the second. Crown of Guns run and grab Open Mind along the way. That would require a golden nuke launcher first. If you get familiar with it/get boiling veins you are set. A golden nukelauncher one shots most things. If you do want a big edge and you have hard mode unlocked.

I accidentally re-did this achievement just yesterday (wasn't intending to, the game just never gave me either of the forbidden mutations) and I had indeed used the Oasis.ĭo note, however, that taking the Oasis will also cripple both your level and your loot level. Taking the Oasis does strongly reduce your chances of dying to a random attack while getting to the Throne it'll cut through multiple levels and significantly reduce the number of enemies in later levels.
